SHIPPING

- We aim for 1-4 day shipping delivery domestically. International orders can take 5-10 business days depending on location/worldwide events.

- All orders qualify for free shipping domestic. Any orders outside of the USA are charged normal rates.

- Orders placed before 3pm central time are shipped out same day. Orders after 3pm central time are shipped next day.

- All orders are shipped by USPS priority insured shipping

- Ultimatum X is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

30 DAY RETURN/EXHANGE POLICY

- Products must be in original packaging, safety seal not broken, and unopened for consumer safety

- Return inspection process takes 2-3 days for completion

- Returns must be submitted before the 30 day period that starts on the date the order was placed

- Any apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition. Any sales/specials on apparel are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges.

- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase fromĀ ultimatumx.com.

- We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.

- Exchanges are 100% free and also fall under the 30 return policy with proof of purchase.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping labels

- Returns/Exchanges are only accepted in the U.S.A.

REFUNDS

- Return inspection process takes 2-3 days for completion
